This is the first solo album recorded in an old duplex with a TEAC 2340, with the heat shut off, with “Sam the Cat” present for the session. The empty upstairs attic bedroom was used as a reverb chamber with a microphone placed high up in the room while the performance was taking place in the downstairs living room. Tracks 1, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 are original and were composed as far back as 1967. Just  a little history and a look at the earliest times for this songwriter, composer and instrumentalist.
