This was another time capsule project signifying a nearly three decades long association with all of the members of this group. We worked together and at the time of the recording we were at “The Embers” Grill and Steak House, in Eugene, working seven nights a week. Ahh, the old days were so much fun every night of the week. I traveled with Willy all over the West Coast including two tours of South East Alaska. He will be missed. Willy Phillips had several bands over the years, “Big Red & The Bonnevilles”, “The Intruders”,  “Brief Encounter” “The Jacks”  and the Willy Phillips Trio. RIP old friend.
